Client Executive Briefing (Smartphone)
Get a quick briefing before you go to a meeting with this client
PURPOSE
Didn’t have time to “do your research” on this client, but you are meeting with them in 15 minutes? No problem. The Client Executive Briefing report gives you a QUICK overview of their value to you (revenue and profit), past due invoices, sales opportunities, open tickets, and more.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
You value all your MSP clients (okay, most of them!), but you may not know the exact details of the current relationship between your two organizations. So you go into a client meeting with them, tell them “how important they are to you”, but you don’t know anything about what’s going on with this account. This report gives you a 30-second overview of the details of this account, so you can be INFORMED about their account when you go into that client meeting.
