PURPOSE

Put this on a big screen in the engineering area, and turn “time recording” into a game where your engineers can compete.  Time entered is updated throughout the day, and “stack ranked” based on who has the most time entered today.  Hours recorded are compared to the hours required for each engineer and color-coded (yellow & red) if they come up “short”.  (NOTE:  The entry for “today” is NOT color-coded, as many firms don’t require that the engineer record their time DURING the day).

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

It’s simple:  You cannot MANAGE what you cannot MEASURE, and you cannot MEASURE time that has not been recorded in ConnectWise!
